Analysis begins on receipt of payment. You'll have your kickoff session within days and your complete report within ten business days.
Payment. The Strategic Lens Review is a fixed-fee engagement of $2,500 USD, paid in full in advance via secure checkout. Work begins upon receipt of payment.
Delivery. The written report is delivered within ten (10) business days of the completed kickoff session. If we fail to deliver on time for reasons within our control, you may request a full refund.
Refunds & revisions. Fees are non-refundable once analysis has commenced, except as stated above. If the delivered report materially fails to meet the stated scope, we will revise it once at no charge.
Confidentiality. Non-public information you share with us is treated as confidential and used only to perform the engagement. Full terms are provided in the engagement letter you receive before payment.
